The time as come to day goodbye to our good friend and collegue Laura.

Laura joined the Education team and brought along her big bubbly personality! Laura travelled to schools, libraries, community centres and camps to spread the Dogs Trust message to the young and old. She shared with us her social media skills ensuring our messages when far and wide. 

Its not just the Edcaution team that will miss Laura, she made many friends in Dogs Trust and will be missed by everyone who had the pleasure of working with her!

In true Laura style she composed a heartful peom about the Education team and her time with Dogs Trust 

A poem, a poem; I know, how cringing!

But the education team has been life changing

From fun with Paul on our Nottingham trip

With him it’s non-stop quip after quip

Dawn was my therapist in our 121

But it wasn’t all doom and gloom, there was also fun!

Audrey always with her perfect blow dry

At the baby fair saying ‘right Laura it’s show time’

I passed to Ruth the rookie baton

I know that she’ll smash it, and always crack on

Poor Heather got the short end of the stick

‘Here’s your job back, but also TokTik‘

A poet a poet, I certainly am not

But I do know for sure that I’ll miss you lot.
